you are the best healer of your body...

...but some people - if not most - need a push on the way to optimizing health. Sleeping well, feeling less anxiety about health, keeping your body moving, and discovering and addressing the source of your pain are all necessary for staying in as good of a state of well-being as possible.

I graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic where I had the opportunity to work with and learn from clients and teachers who came to Massage Therapy for diverse reasons.

I was immediately amazed by the effectiveness that physical manipulation of the body had on every person I treated, and my hope is to continue learning about manual therapies and treating people from all walks of life. I have yet to run into a condition that Massage Therapy cannot in some way, big or small, affect a positive response in pain and stress reduction, immune response, sleep quality, and range of motion.

Throughout my life, I have had the chance to dedicate years to pursuits such as gymnastics, snow sports, martial arts, drumming, exercise, golf, climbing, several team sports, yoga, and my own education in art and science (BMus, BA in Philosophy, Registered Massage Therapy), and I draw on both the physical and mental aspects of these activities in my practice to broaden my understanding of the mind and body.

I will work with you to improve your health to the best extent that my knowledge and experiences, my referral network, and my Massage Therapy practice can offer.
